At Oddartoy, we understand that collectibles require the highest level of care during handling and transit. This policy outlines our procedures for processing, packaging, and shipping your unique art piece to ensure its safe arrival.
📦 Priority on Safety and Integrity
Every item is packed with collectors in mind, prioritizing the safety and integrity of the figure and its original packaging.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse within 2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Order Processing Details:
- Peak Periods: During major sales events or new product releases, processing times may extend up to 2 business days.
- Pre-Orders: Items marked as pre-order will ship according to the estimated date provided on the product page.
2. Packaging & Handling
We adhere to strict standards to maintain the collectible quality of your purchase:
Packaging: Your doll will typically arrive protected within its original retail plastic box. We use durable outer shipping boxes and appropriate cushioning (e.g., bubble wrap, packing paper) to minimize movement and protect against external forces.
Handling for Inspection: The doll was briefly removed from its original clear plastic packaging solely for professional photography and quality inspection prior to listing. It will be re-secured and shipped in its original plastic display box.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier and destination. Time is counted from the date the order is shipped (after processing).
Standard Estimates:
- North America & Europe & Oceania: 3-5 business days
- South America: 4-7 business days
- Africa: 5-8 business days
- Middle East: 5–7 business days
- Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan: 2–4 business days
- Russia: 3–6 business days
- Rest of World (RoW): 10-20 business days

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, the selected shipping method, and the destination country.
🌟 Current Promotion: Free Shipping
We currently offer Free Shipping for orders exceeding $59 USD. Default shipments utilize efficient carriers like DHL for reliable delivery.
- Accuracy: Costs are automatically generated by integrating with carrier rates.
- Combined Shipping: We generally combine items into a single shipment where possible to reduce costs.
5. International Shipments (Customs, Duties & Taxes)
We offer worldwide shipping. We utilize robust shipping resources to deliver to almost every country and region globally.
⚠️ Exclusions:
We currently do not ship to Ukraine, Israel, or Palestine.
For orders shipped outside of our region, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes charged by the destination country.
These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are levied once the package reaches your country.
- Payment: Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs.
- Refusal: If the recipient refuses to pay the customs charges, the package may be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to us. If returned, the original shipping costs and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.
6. Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking capabilities. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Oddartoy is responsible for the product until it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Once the item is in the carrier's possession, ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the item, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist you with providing necessary information for filing a claim.
- Shipping Damage: Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for the strict procedure regarding claims for severe damage sustained during shipping.
