Due to the custom nature of the materials (especially the faux fur and vinyl), we strongly recommend spot cleaning only using a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or soak the doll, as this can damage the fur and the vinyl face paint.
Since many of our dolls are handcrafted or require final assembly, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

All sales are final. Due to the limited-run and collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please review all product photos and descriptions (especially regarding size and custom status) carefully before purchase.
We package every doll with extreme care. If your item arrives severely damaged due to transit, please Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage to the doll and the original packaging. We will review damage claims on a case-by-case basis.
We strive for accuracy, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions during photography, your screen settings, and the unique nature of the faux fur (especially on Gradient or Tie-Dye styles like the Rainbow Doll). Minor variances in fur pattern are normal for custom-made items.
