Refund & Return Policy

Due to the limited availability, collectible nature, and inherent fragility of the unique art pieces and figures offered by Oddartoy, our return window and conditions are highly specific. All refunds and financial liabilities are handled by our legal entity, Shenzhen Weidong Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Return Scope and Limitations

Due to the collectible and delicate nature of this item, returns are only accepted under the specific conditions outlined in Sections 2 (Change of Mind) and 5 (Defective/Damaged). For all other circumstances, the sale is considered final. Thank you for valuing this unique art piece.

• Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for confirmed defective or damaged goods.
• Original shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Unopened Items)

In compliance with international consumer laws, customers may return an unwanted item for a refund (excluding original shipping) within **14 calendar days** of delivery, provided the item meets the following criteria:

• The product must be unused, and remain in its **original, factory-sealed, resalable condition**.
• The collector packaging, plastic wrap, seals, or tags must be intact and unbroken.
• A return authorization request must be submitted via email within the 14-day period.

If the item is returned in an opened or used condition, the refund will be refused by Shenzhen Weidong Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd.

3. Purchaser Agreement & Acknowledgment 

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these specific terms and conditions fully. This agreement with Shenzhen Weidong Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd is non-negotiable and takes precedence over general refund or return standards, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

4. Minor Imperfections

We take great care in quality control, but due to the handmade or complex manufacturing processes involved in collectible items, minor cosmetic imperfections (such as subtle paint variations, small scuffs on box packaging, or slight unevenness) are common and **do not qualify for a return or refund**. These characteristics are often inherent to collectible items and will not be considered a defect by Shenzhen Weidong Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd.

5. Exception: Defective or Severely Damaged Items

The exception to our limited return policy is for products that arrive **defective (e.g., major structural flaw, missing part)** or are **severely damaged** as a direct result of transit. This exception does not apply to minor damage to the outer packaging (see Section 4).

For a defective or damaged claim to be considered by Shenzhen Weidong Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd, the damage must render the product fundamentally unusable or structurally compromised. You must contact us within **7 days** of delivery.

6. Reporting Damage/Defect Process

If your item arrives severely damaged or defective, you must follow these steps immediately:

• Time Limit: Contact us within **7 days** of the delivery date and time, as recorded by the shipping carrier. Claims filed outside this window will be denied by Shenzhen Weidong Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd.
• Required Proof: You must provide clear, high-resolution photographs of:
  • The damaged/defective item itself.
  • The damaged shipping box/packaging (interior and exterior) if related to transit.
  • The shipping label clearly visible.
• Resolution: We will review the evidence and, if approved, cover the return shipping cost and issue a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

7. No Direct Exchanges

Given the limited edition nature of our products, Shenzhen Weidong Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd generally does not offer direct exchanges. If an item is returned for refund (Section 2) or due to a defect (Section 5), you must place a new order if you wish to purchase a replacement or different item.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing, you agree to these Refund & Return Terms with Shenzhen Weidong Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd. We encourage customers to follow the official reporting and return process (Sections 2 and 6) before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Disputing a charge in violation of these agreed-upon terms may result in account termination and may impact future purchase eligibility.
